Making the Most of a Scarce Resource v1 (PJW).pptxtnr.pptxS.A.M. is a 501 c3 nonprofit that is state licensed animal NO KILL shelter/rescue. We are dedicated in helping to eliminate feral cat communities in our local cites, thru TNR (Trap Neuter Return) Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the most effective and humane method to treat feral cats and manage their colonies. We also have a rehabilitation program for kittens and Cats; we find during the TNR process that there were abandoned by their owners.
